There being no call for an election by any ten local Government electors for the Parish, at its meeting held on 9 February 2021, the Parish Council unanimously voted to co-opt Rachel Smith to fill the vacancy on the Parish Council.

The result of the Referendum on whether to accept the Neighbourhood Plan, which was held on Thursday, 3rd October, is now in. The vote was a resounding majority in favour of accepting the Plan. Melton Borough Council have now officially adopted the Plan.
